Effective Date: February 5, 2026
Website: theleadlady.co (the “Site”)
Business Name: The Lead Lady (“we,” “us,” “our”)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theleadlady.co, including any content, digital products, services, and resources offered through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Lead Lady provides email marketing services and sells digital products (including templates, resources, guides, and other downloadable or online materials).
By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Some areas of the Site may require you to create an account or provide information to access purchases or services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
When you purchase or download a digital product from The Lead Lady, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own business purposes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may:
Use templates/resources for your own business, including client work if the product allows client use (see “Client Use” below)
Edit/modify materials for your own use
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the product (in whole or in part) in a way that allows others to access it without purchasing
Post the product in a shared drive, membership library, or public forum
Claim the product as your own original work
Create “competing” products by copying or re-packaging our materials
Client Use (important):
Unless a product page explicitly states “client license” or “agency use,” purchases are intended for single-user use within your business. If you want to use a product across multiple team members or distribute elements to clients, contact us for licensing options.
If you purchase services (such as email marketing strategy, copywriting, automation setup, or consulting), the scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and terms may be outlined in:
a proposal,
a statement of work,
a contract, and/or
an invoice/check-out page.
If there’s a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase(s) as displayed at checkout or in your invoice/service agreement.
We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you also agree to the processor’s terms.
Digital Products: Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Services: Refund policies for services (including deposits, retainers, and payment plans) will be outlined in your agreement or invoice terms. If a refund policy is not stated, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, templates, downloads, videos, branding, and other materials—is owned by The Lead Lady or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our branding, trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without written permission.
If you submit content to us (such as testimonials, comments, or reviews), you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes (including marketing), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
You confirm you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Lead Lady from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your use of the Site, products, or services,
